Our equipment for rent

The guarantee covers the breaking of the rented equipment by the customer: - In case of accidental material damage to the insured equipment, coverage for repair or replacement if the equipment is irreparable or economically unrepairable, up to EUR 600 per item after application of a deductible. The deductible borne by the insured is set according to the category of insured ski equipment. The guarantee is limited to one claim per item and per insurance period. Specific exclusions from the breakage guarantee: - Damage other than accidental material damage. - Damage caused to the exterior parts of the equipment that do not impair its proper functioning, such as scratches, chipping, and scuffs. - Damage resulting from non-compliance with usage and maintenance instructions provided by LOCASPORT store. - Damage covered by the manufacturer, distributor, or installer warranty. - Intentional fault of the insured. Definition: - Accidental material damage: any visible deterioration or destruction affecting the proper functioning of the insured equipment, resulting from a sudden, unforeseen, irresistible external event, involuntarily experienced by the insured, and which causes the accidental material damage, subject to the exclusions of coverage. Equipment Flexibility: Change Your Fun for Only €10! For only €10 per STAY and per pack, you can change your equipment to try a new way of gliding or use more suitable equipment in new snow conditions. - A maximum of one change during the rental period. - Change for equipment of equivalent or lower range. - Possibility to change, for example, skis for a snowboard. - Subject to available stock. - Exchange impossible with the Snowscoot pack and the Ski Touring pack except for an additional amount to be defined with the store. • Dedicated lane: On the day of your arrival, go directly to the "Click & Collect" lane, separate from the standard queue.
• Immediate pickup: Your equipment is pre-prepared. You pick up your entire order at once.
• Zero waiting, zero trying on: To ensure the speed of this service, equipment is handed over without trying it on in the store.

Important conditions to respect

• Entire cart: The option applies to all skiers in the reservation.
• Data accuracy: Sizes, weights, and shoe sizes must be strictly accurate.
  Note: For children, please provide their new measurements before arrival if the reservation was made several months ago.
• Adherence to schedule: Your equipment is prepared for the declared time. In case of early arrival (e.g., 2 PM instead of 4 PM), please notify us.
